Cucumbers cured in sake lees. Not my favorite, bitter aftertaste, will have to give these another shot.

One garnished w/ dukkah. Fruit is poached w/ lemon and vanilla first before baking. Terrible picture.

First shot at cannelés, using copper molds from E. Dehillerin in Paris. Pretty, pretty, pretty good!
